Items Eligible for Return

We accept returns for the following reasons. Items must be reported within the return window.

• Wrong items delivered (different from order)
• Expired or near-expiry products
• Tampered or broken packaging
• Missing items from a placed order
• Significant quality difference from description

Items Not Eligible for Return

The following categories cannot be returned for hygiene and quality reasons.

• Earrings that have been worn (hygiene)
• Personalised or custom-made jewellery
• Items damaged by perfume, water or misuse
• Products without original packaging
• Items purchased on final sale or clearance
• Change of mind (non-defective items)

   Pickup Scheduled — Once approved, we will arrange a free pickup from your delivery address at a convenient time.

   Inspection — Returned items are inspected to verify the return reason. This typically takes 1–2 business days.

   Refund Issued — Upon successful inspection, your refund will be processed within 3–5 business days.

Refund Methods & Timelines

Refunds are issued via the original payment method wherever possible. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or mobile wallet provider.

Partial Refunds

In some cases, a partial refund may be issued:

• Only part of the order was affected (e.g., one item out of many was damaged)
• Item shows signs of use but is still being returned for a valid reason
• Original packaging is missing but item itself is eligible for return

Order Cancellation

You can cancel your order directly from your account under My Orders, provided the order is still in Pending status.
